These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between el333 ("Company", "we", "us") and registered users of the platform ("you", "member"). By visiting the el333 website or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirements
The el333 platform is operated exclusively for adults. No one may register or use the services without meeting the following conditions:

- Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

el333 may request identity documents or other supporting papers for verification at any time. The company reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.
1.1 Prohibited Persons
Persons employed by el333 or their immediate family members may not place bets on the platform. In addition, anyone who has submitted a self-exclusion request may not open a new account.
Account Registration & Security

2.1 Account Verification (KYC)

At this stage, a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested. Failure to submit the required documents may result in restrictions on account activity.
2.2 Account Closure
You may contact our support team at any time to request permanent closure of your account. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed.
Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
Deposit
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- Deposits must always come from your own account.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- el333 does not charge any additional fee on deposits, though your mobile banking provider or bank may apply its own charges.
Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Typical withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawal requests will only be approved from verified accounts.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
- Withdrawal requests may be declined before the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
el333 reserves the right to suspend, decline, or investigate any transaction in cases of suspicious financial activity. Complying with anti-money laundering policies is a legal obligation of the company.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
el333's bonus program is specifically designed for players in Bangladesh. The key terms relating to bonuses are described below:
4.1 Welcome Bonus
- New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
- For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
- Depositing ৳32,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
- A 15x wagering requirement on the bonus received must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
- For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) in bets must be placed before withdrawal.
- Withdrawing the original deposit amount before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
4.3 General Bonus Policy
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry date, which is stated in the offer details.
- In cases of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity, el333 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
- el333 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
Betting Rules
All betting and gaming activity on el333 is conducted under defined rules. Please read the specific rules for each game before placing a bet.
5.1 Bet Settlement
- Once a bet is successfully registered, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
- If a bet is not completed due to a technical error, your balance will be restored.
- If the connection is lost or the browser is closed, the outcome of any game in progress is stored on the server.
5.2 Cancellations & Refunds
- If an event is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be returned to the balance.
- Winnings are credited to the account after the result has been confirmed and verified.
- If a dispute arises over the status of a match or event, el333's decision will be considered final.
5.3 Maximum Winnings
el333 sets single payout limits according to specific game categories or bet types. The company reserves the right to investigate any unusual outcome.
VIP Program & Cashback Policy
el333's loyalty program has three tiers, rewarding players based on their regular participation:
- Bronze tier: weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
- Silver tier: weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
- Gold tier: weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
Moving up to a higher tier depends on your continued participation and activity. el333 reserves the right to change VIP benefits, cashback rates, or tier criteria, and will try to notify members in advance where possible.
Cashback is calculated based on net losses each week and is credited to the account according to a set schedule. Cashback is treated as a bonus and the relevant wagering requirement applies.
Responsible Gaming Policy
el333 believes that entertainment should be enjoyable and should never cause financial hardship. With this in mind, we place the highest priority on responsible gaming.
7.1 Setting Limits
Members can set their own deposit, betting, or loss limits. This feature can be activated by contacting our support team.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
If a member feels that gaming is becoming harmful to them, they may request self-exclusion for a set period. While self-exclusion is active, access to the account will be suspended.
